WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR BRAIN WHEN YOU PAINT?

Flowstate & Painting:

What happens to my brain when I paint? Not a whole lot really. A form of escapism, I lose sight of all reality as time begins to pass and I become completely consumed by the brush in my hand, the colours on the page and the music playing through my ears.

It truly is a gift to ourselves. People have been making art since the cave days, making marks on cave walls for as long as we can remember so it must be good for something.. Try it and see for yourself.
